Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronic components in anti-static bags and original boxes to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send the package to our designated service center in Shenzhen using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and fault, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
